Recipe: Lyonnaise Potatoes

  • 4 boiled POTATOES 2 tablespoons sausage fat
  • ½ teaspoon salt 2 slices onion finely chopped
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Cut POTATOES in half-inch cubes, and season with salt and pepper; put fat in frying pan, add onion, and cook slowly for ten minutes; add POTATOES, stir well, and cook for ten minutes without browning.
