Recipe: Orange Water Icing

Place in bowl

  • One pound sugar,
  • Two tablespoonfuls cornstarch,
  • Yolk of one egg,
  • One teaspoonful grated orange peel.

Sufficient hot orange juice to make a mixture which will spread. Beat hard for a few minutes to make glassy.
