Recipe: Sterling Sauce

  •  1/4 c. butter
  •  1 c. brown sugar
  •  4 Tb. CREAM or milk
  •  1 tsp. vanilla

CREAM the butter and add the sugar gradually. Add the milk and flavoring, drop by drop, to prevent separation. Beat until fluffy and smooth. Chill and serve.
